OUR MISSION
To help middle school + high school students experience a genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
We desire to come alongside parents in wanting to see every student discover and develop an authentic faith in Jesus that they can call their own.
When the church partners with families, everyone wins. So, we want to be a resource to parents as well as students.

We EQUIP students to serve, grow and share their faith in Jesus with others.
OUR ENVIRONMENTS
Besides our CFC Sunday Gatherings and Serve Teams, which we want to see students fully participating in, we offer three environments specifically geared for middle school & high school students in our ministry. Each one is designed to strategically invite students on a journey to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus. Our leaders work hard to build fun and healthy relationships with students while creating a safe and engaging environment where they can connect with other students. Each environment is designed with every student in mind - the kid who’s grown up in church and the first-time visitor who has never been to church.
ELEVATE EVENTS
Throughout the year, we’ll host several big events designed to help students invite friends and have a ton of fun while connecting with their peers and small group leaders. Events are often the environment where students will walk into our ministry for the very first time.
ELEVATE WEEKLY GATHERINGS
We gather on Tuesday nights during the school year from 7:30-9:00 pm at CFC for fun, crazy games, a message from God’s Word & small group interaction, and discussion.
ELEVATE SMALL GROUPS
Small groups are a critical part of what we do on Tuesday nights. After a message from God’s Word, students break down by age and gender into small groups with their leader to discuss and apply the truth shared in the talk. It’s also an important time to connect with other students. We aim that these relationships built in small groups extend outside the walls of our church. They’re designed to connect every teenager with a consistent, trustworthy adult and community of their peers as they journey through the school year.
ELEVATE EXTREME Night Strike Bowling Saturday, Jan. 13 / 8:00-10:30pm
Elevate will be at Forest Hill Bowling Lanes on Sat, Jan 13 from 8:00-10:30pm for NIGHT STRIKE BOWLING. Join the fun with music, laser lights, friends and unlimited bowling for 2.5 hours for just $5 (which includes shoe rental) per-person. Please arrive around 7:45pm.

These weekly times are great nights to not only have fun but build friendships and taste of what it means to be in a community of people who are exploring and discovering what it means to have a faith of their own.
After a brief message where students are all together, students spend time in small groups based upon age and gender as a way to help students build relationships and create a safe place for students to talk about life and faith.
